Researh in Care Homes and with Care Home residents is increasing in Nottingham and in the East Midlands. Here are a few upates, on what has been going on in the area:
- Annabelle Long, a researcher on the PEACH study in Nottingham, has written a blog on the challenges of conducting research in the care home setting. - The Optimal Study, which is an NIHR-funded study looking at how care home residents receive healthcare – and which took place in 4 Nottinghamshire care homes, amongst 12 care homes nationally, has now reported its findings.
