Share your experiences of working in adult social care during Covid

Researchers have launched a UK-wide survey to find out how the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting experiences of working in adult social care at the present time.

Friday 26th November 2021

“The survey – part of the NIHR ARC North Thames-supported Retention and Sustainability of Social Care Workforce (RESSCW) project –  is funded by the Health Foundation and has been put together by researchers at the University of Kent, London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM), University College London (UCL), and City University of London.

The project aims to understand the drivers of staff retention and motivators of care staff, to better support the sector to provide sustainable, high-quality services and meet increasing demand.

If you work in adult social care, please help with this research by taking part in the second round of this survey. You can find the initial findings of the first round available here.

It takes about 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire and participants can enter a prize draw at the end to win an Amazon voucher worth £50.

If you have any questions or concerns about the research, please contact Catherine Marchand at c.marchand@kent.ac.uk.
